Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which level is right for me?
Take our free online English level test. It takes about 20 minutes and checks grammar and vocabulary from A1 to C2. After the test, you will have a short speaking assessment with a teacher who will confirm your level and recommend the right course.
What is the CEFR?
The CEFR β Common European Framework of Reference is the international system for describing language levels. It goes from A1 (beginner) to C2 (proficient). All our courses follow the CEFR, so you always know your level and your progress.
How does feedback work in lessons?
Your teacher gives you clear, personalised feedback in every lesson. After each lesson, you receive a short summary of what you studied and what to focus on next. Your progress is checked regularly to make sure the course moves at the right speed for you.
Can I switch between 1-to-1 and group lessons?
Yes. You can discuss this with your teacher at any time. Some students start in a group and later move to 1βtoβ1 lessons. We will help you choose the best option for your needs and your schedule.
How quickly will I see progress?
Most students see real improvement after 8 to 10 lessons. Your progress depends on your starting level, your goals, and how often you attend lessons. Your teacher will help you stay motivated and on track.
