Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay in instalments?
We don’t currently offer instalment plans. All packages are paid in full via Stripe before lessons begin. The trial lesson option (€12.50) is a good way to get started with a smaller initial commitment.
What happens after I pay?
We’ll contact you by email within 24 hours to confirm your teacher, agree your lesson schedule, and send a welcome message with everything you need to know before your first session.
What if I need to reschedule a lesson?
For 1-to-1 lessons, rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Group lessons run to a fixed twice-weekly timetable and cannot be rescheduled or refunded if missed.
How long are the lessons?
Each lesson is 60 minutes. The trial lesson is 30 minutes.
How long does my package last?
It depends on the package. 10-lesson packages are valid for 3 months. 20-lesson packages are valid for 6 months. 40-lesson packages are valid for 12 months. Specialist exam modules are valid for 3 months. Group lessons run to a fixed twice-weekly timetable from the date you enrol.
Do I need to do the level test first?
We recommend it — the level test helps us match you with the right teacher and ensures your lessons start at exactly the right level. It’s free and takes about 20 minutes. That said, if you already know your level (e.g. you have a CEFR certificate), you can book directly.
Which platform do lessons take place on?
All lessons take place online via Google Meet. You’ll receive a link before each session.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted payment platforms. We never store your card details.
